Henriques
the church was completely changed in the end of the
13th century and the beginning of the 14th century.
It is
a gothic building with three naves and sets of ogive arches.
The renovation made by the King Manuel is easier to understand in the
church interiors where you find a high choir with railing and a holy
water font.
The façade suffered some changes after the reconstruction of 1757 – 1760
when they add to it the Baroque entablature
