Azanhas do Mar

Characteristics
It stays in a small valley with pools excavated in the rocks. It is one of the most appreciated beaches. The belvedere is built over cliffs that fearlessly descend until the Atlantic Ocean. Due to the great view it provides to visitors, Azenhas do Mar is a place much visited whether during summer or winter.

Infra-structures
It has a small garden, a pool and a restaurant in the cliff. It has a small car park, so it is better to live your car in town. If you don’t have a car you can use numbers 440 and 441 of the Scotturb buses.

Access
From Sintra or Ericeira you shall go in direction to Magoito. Before you get there, in Arneiros dos Marinheiros, you must turn to Largo do Poço Novo and follow to Praia das Maçãs. A little bit ahead you will find Azenhas.
